The George Hull EarlyON Child and Family Centre offers free programs for young children (ages birth to six years) and their parents/caregivers. In our beautiful playrooms and in local parks and other community spaces, the George Hull EarlyON Centre offers programs that help children develop the social, communication and early literacy skills that are associated with success in school and in life a
nd that help parents and caregivers learn about their child’s growth and development, meet other parents/caregivers, share parenting experiences with professional staff and find out about other community services. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help identify and support children with special challenges to participate fully in the program and help parents access specialized services in the community if needed. Is my son talking as much as he should? My child is a picky eater. I am worried that my child seems so anxious all the time. What can I do to get my daughter ready to start school? Do you have questions about your child’s health, development or behaviour? Every month our drop-in programs feature visits from a social worker, a public health nurse, a speech and language pathologist and an early literacy specialist. They are here to answer your questions about your child and connect you to additional services and information. Come have a chat soon!
