Being Effective Canada Being Effective Canada is a not-for-profit organization working with Newcomers, Immigrants, and Canadians to enhance their quality of life.

Our programs and services are designed to support individuals in realizing their potential through education. We work with audiences interested in enhancing their quality of life through learning and application. Generally, our services are focused on the South Asian community's needs and learning styles but it is not limited to them. We have supported immigrant and refugee youth and young adults

through our flagship mentoring programs. The objective of these programs is to help them successfully integrate into Canadian Society

Working with women is our forte. We specialize in coaching, counseling, and supporting women in varied areas of their life. The Constructive Counselling/Solution focused approach helps them as balance their Individual being along with their role as a daughter, sister, wife, and or mother.
