On May 28th, we honour World Menstrual Hygiene Day by reminding everyone that people of all genders can menstruate,🩸 and that real inclusion saves lives. ❤️‍🩹

No one should have to miss school, work, or daily life because they can't access to pads or tampons 🏫💼.

A truly inclusive world starts with dignity, resources, and the belief that everyone deserves care. 🌏💗

We'll be diving into quick facts, and today we're starting off with HIV basics. HIV is often misunderstood and sometimes surrounded by myths. People living with HIV can live long, healthy lives with treatment, and it cannot be spread through contact like hugging or sharing food.

On Friday, we joined the streets of Toronto to stand against transphobia, homophobia and biphobia 🌈
