A big thank you to the team at Bain & Company for joining us for a Team Experience Day! 🐾

Programs like these offer so much more than hands on support for the animals at Toronto Humane Society. They give teams a chance to work together, make a difference in their community, and gain a deeper understanding of the impact compassion can have on both people and pets.

During their visit, the team helped prepare food for our Pet Food Bank and learned more about the animal welfare challenges facing our community. Every Team Experience Day helps create stronger connections while supporting the critical services we provide.

I adopted Larry (now affectionately named Gyoza, like the dumpling) on October 26, 2025, and since coming home, he’s adjusted very well! He loves to play with his new younger brother (our other cat, Buford who we already had) and is still very food motivated. He loves to lounge around and sleep in the living room, and is always eager to greet guests. He’s very sweet, and the only misbehaving he’s done is jumping on the kitchen counter when he gets enthusiastic at mealtimes!

He’s very well loved in our home and will continue to be! Thank you so much for everything!

When you walk into Toronto Humane Society, you’ll see our donation bin on the left side of the lobby, ready to be filled by our incredible community.

Every item placed here directly supports animals in our care, as well as pet families in our community accessing programs like our Pet Food Bank. We gratefully accept unopened dog and cat food, treats, litter, toys, blankets, towels, leashes, harnesses, and other essential pet supplies.

Monetary donations are just as powerful. They help families access essential care like veterinary, food and training support, that keep pets healthy and with the people who love them.
