💙 If you were planning to donate to our food pantry this month, these are a few items that would help us keep our shelves stocked and ready for our neighbours:

🥣 Cereal
A quick and familiar breakfast option that helps many families start the day with a meal, especially households with children.

🍚 Rice
A versatile staple enjoyed across many cultures and a key ingredient in countless nourishing meals.

🐟 Canned Meats & Fish
Protein-rich pantry staples that can be easily added to a variety of dishes, helping create balanced and filling meals.

Small acts of kindness add up in a big way. Thank you for helping us keep our pantry stocked and ready for the neighbours we serve.

Donations can be dropped off at 37 Cookstown Road between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Can't make it to us? Send us a message at [email protected] or at (709) 771-4454 on and we'll be happy to arrange a pickup. Thank you! 💫

Sometimes, making a difference can be as simple as a tap.

We're grateful to Nova Yoga for their continued support of Bridges to Hope and for becoming the first community partner to host a Tap to Give station at their Long's Hill studio, where they offer yoga classes and wellness programming for people of all experience levels.
Their support reflects a shared belief that small acts of kindness can have a meaningful impact in the lives of others. 💙

Our friends at are on a mission to feed our neighbours — and this month, you can help right from the studio. ✨

Bridges to Hope provides low-barrier emergency food assistance to anyone experiencing food insecurity in the St. John’s-Metro region, including folks right here in our neighbourhood. Their food bank saw 17,910 total visits and served 5,541 unique individuals in 2025.

Their new “tap to donate” device makes it super easy to donate $5 and support their mission. If you’re in the studio this month, a quick tap goes a long way! 🍎

We’re so thrilled to be part of this year’s Churchill Park Music Festival!

A big thanks to the festival team for this opportunity to give back while celebrating a great summer of music. Even more exciting, Churchill Park Music Festival will match the first $10,000 donated through ticket purchases!

Those donations will help us continue feeding and supporting our neighbours across the St. John’s Metro region. If you're heading to the festival this summer, keep an eye out for the donation option at checkout and help make an even bigger impact right here at home.

Let's fill some cupboards, folks! See you at The Park 🌳💙

Yesterday, Bridges staff members Sash & Lesley got to spend a wonderful afternoon with the residents of Lanes Retirement Living!

Over the past couple of months, residents at Lanes came together to host a food drive in support of our food pantry, collecting nearly 300 pounds of food and personal care items valued at over $950, along with generous monetary donations.

We joined them yesterday to discuss the meaningful impact of their generosity for our neighbours experiencing food insecurity, and to enjoy some beautiful musical entertainment from some of the residents! 🥫🫶

Thank you to the residents, their families, and the staff who made this initiative possible. You’ve made a real difference in our community ✨

If you’re in the area this Saturday, help support these dedicated young members as they support the neighbours we serve 💙
Special thanks to HHM student Krysh for the poster!.

The dedicated young members of the Interact Club of Holy Heart High School will be out in the community this Saturday leading a food drive for Bridges to Hope.

They’ve shown real commitment and initiative, and they’re making a difference.

If you’re able, please consider supporting their efforts. Every contribution helps them help others, and it means the world to these motivated young changemakers.
