🎒 Four large bags of school supplies made their way into our donation bus, thanks to these wonderful folks! 💙

A big thank you to them, and to everyone who has stopped by Avalon Mall and dropped off school supplies for Bag to School so far. We’ve loved seeing our community continue to fill the bin! ✏️📚

Haven’t had a chance to make it yet? There’s still time! Our donation bus will remain at Avalon Mall until September 8, so you can drop off new school supplies while you’re at the mall.

We are so grateful to have had IG Wealth Management onboard for Bag to School again this year! Their staff collected school supply donations and made a generous $1,000 contribution to the program.

This year is also a special one for IG Wealth Management as they celebrate 100 years of serving Canadians across the country. We’re happy to celebrate this milestone alongside them and grateful for their continued support here in our community.

A big thank you to Barb and Walter who both answered the call and brought us a bounty of fresh local blueberries! 🫐

The timing couldn’t be better, as tomorrow is the final day of our Eco Eat Explorers pilot program. Our young Explorers will be putting these fresh berries to good use as they try their hands at Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Blueberries and Maple Syrup (YUM!)
