L & A County General Hospital Foundation Keeping Health Care Close to Home for your loved ones in Lennox & Addington and surrounding area.

The L & A Hospital Foundation is an independent, charitable organization governed by a board of community volunteers. The Foundation was established in 1995 to encourage and co-ordinate a continuing high level of support for the Hospital. Donations from individuals, corporations, and local organizations share the belief that community participation makes a stronger healthcare system. Funding from

the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care provides the basics in healthcare but no longer covers the cost of medical equipment. Thanks to the continued generosity of donors the Foundation is able to help our Hospital buy much needed medical equipment.

The 2026 Napanee Heritage Race takes place this morning at the Lennox & Addington County Museum, 97 Thomas Street East, Napanee, and we can’t wait to welcome participants, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters from across our community.

📍 Bib pickup begins at 6:45 AM.

⏰ Approximate Schedule
• 5KM Walk – 7:45 AM
• Kids 1-Mile Run – 8:00 AM
• 5KM Run – 8:30 AM
• Awards – 9:15 AM

We’re looking forward to welcoming hundreds of participants, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters to the Lennox & Addington County Museum tomorrow morning for a fantastic community event supporting health and wellness in our community.

Race Kit Pickup Reminder:
Participants are strongly encouraged to pick up their race kits today from 4:00–7:00 p.m. at the Lennox & Addington County Museum (97 Thomas St. E., Napanee). Race kit pickup will also be available on race morning starting at 6:45 a.m.

🏃‍♀️ Race Day Schedule (all times approximate):
