KL&S - Napanee Our Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) program helps you build skills for a better future. Our free programs are open to adults (age 17+) with Ontario residency.

LBS can prepare you to return to school, train for a new job, and thrive in our community. KL&S Napanee is proud to offer free adult upgrading to eligible people in our community. Are you looking to re-enter the workforce? Do you want to return to get your high school credits, but need to refresh your skills? Are you interested in applying for college or working towards an apprenticeship? Whateve

r your goal, we will create an individual learning plan that meets your needs. Our classes are held in small-groups with talented instructors. Pop in and check us out!
