(Squeezing Though Hidden Agendas)

Beware of the two hu**ed camel that has squeezed one hump through the eye of a needle; the eye is now an irregular shaped hole, bent to allow something unintended to fit.

When the camel manipulates the Eye a second time to push the other hump through, the whole camel will follow boldly, revealing its true intentions and bringing forth all it has concealed.

In this moment, the illusion of grace shatters, and you will realize that those who contour themselves to fit in your life often bring chaos and confusion - reminding you to guard your boundaries fiercely.

Hello April !!
I am looking forward to this new month as it brings fresh energy, and I am looking forward to embracing it with those I hold close to my heart.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been focusing on things like fear, change and motivation, which is especially important for moms navigating the challenges of having an adult child living with a substance abuse disorder. We’ve explored important questions like: What changes do I want to make? How important is this to me? How confident do I feel that I can make this change? What steps I plan to take?

We are also learning how therapeutic journaling can be. So grab a notebook or your journal and think of one goal for the month—try to sum it up in just one word. For me it's "sleep"!

🌟 Are you a mother feeling the weight of fear when it comes to your adult child’s struggles with substance abuse? You’re not alone.

This week, we hosted empowering meetings and workshops to address the crippling effects of fear that many mothers experience. đź’” From worrying about homelessness to the fear of overdose, these emotions can feel overwhelming. Together, we shared stories, insights, and support to help navigate these challenges.

Remember, acknowledging these fears is the first step to overcoming them. You have the strength to support your child while also taking care of yourself!
