Community Accessability is a not-for-profit, charitable organisation who are committed to helping members of the community stay connected to services, by providing a range of programs including transport, community activities and home support. Community Accessability was founded in 1998 and is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of programs and services that promote social wellbein

g and independence of individuals who are in need of extra support. Community Accesssability works in partnerships with local governments, community services and not-for-profit providers to assist residents in Victoria and Southern NSW. Community Accessability has offices in Wodonga, Shepparton, Wangaratta, Yarrawonga, Ballarat, Bendigo and Melbourne.

We’re looking for volunteer drivers in Ballarat, Bendigo, Thomastown, Shepparton, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Yarrawonga and Benalla.

You bring your time - we provide the vehicle. Along the way, you’ll provide more than transport: you’ll offer friendly company and help people get to the places that matter.

SIL vacancy available now in Central Shepparton

A vacancy is now available in a modern Improved Liveability SDA home, with Supported Independent Living provided by Community Accessability.

The home offers:
• Private bedroom and ensuite
• Spacious, modern shared living areas
• Wheelchair-friendly features
• Landscaped outdoor spaces
• A quiet, relaxed and respectful home environment

The home is currently shared by two residents in their 30s, one male and one female. We welcome enquiries from participants looking for a comfortable home where they can feel safe, included and supported to live as independently as possible.

Our local team provides warm, respectful and person-centred support based around each resident’s routines, goals and individual needs.
Private inspections and meet-and-greets with the current housemates are welcome.
