Support coordination is changing, but that does not mean you have to give up the business you have built.

The Pro Help Australia Partner Program is designed for independent support coordinators and small support coordination businesses that want to keep their own brand, participants, and way of working while gaining the backing of an established NDIS provider.

As a Pro Help Partner, you continue to run your own business and deliver support coordination directly to your participants. Pro Help provides the structure behind you, including:

• Access to Pro Help Australia’s NDIS registration
• Participant management and record systems
• Billing and remittance administration
• Practical business support and guidance
• Assistance with systems, processes, and service delivery issues
• A professional network of experienced support coordinators
• Support when challenges arise, rather than having to manage everything alone

Partners retain 85% of billed services, with Pro Help retaining 15% for the registration structure, systems, administration, and support provided.

This may be a suitable option for experienced support coordinators who want to remain independent without taking on the cost and complexity of becoming independently registered.

Before joining, Pro Help completes appropriate checks to ensure each business is suitable to operate within the NDIS and meets the standards expected of a Pro Help Partner.
