Getting sick while on annual leave is bad enough. Your plans may be ruined but your leave balance shouldn’t be.

Employees who fall ill or have a family emergency during their annual leave period have the right to convert their leave, if the right evidence can be provided to your workplace.

Every day, workers support people through crisis, trauma, disability, homelessness and disadvantage. The work is more complex, the responsibility is greater, and expectations are higher than ever before.
