The Australian Services Union is tens of thousands of people who have united to protect and improve wages and working conditions. Together we are able to have an active and strong voice on the issues that impact our lives. Our members work in:

- transport

ASU members are the union, it is members who decide what we do, all workplace delegates are elected by members. Together our members:
- campaign to improve and protect rights at work
- fight to defend the rights of the disadvantaged
- work together across industries

Every time a worker leaves, we lose more than a staff member. We lose knowledge, experience and trusted relationships that take years to build.

Our communities can’t afford to keep losing the people who support them.

Over 100 community and disability workers took to the streets of Canberra for a Dolly Parton flash mob, dancing and demanding a fair pay rise!

We heard powerful stories from youth workers, domestic violence workers, disability support workers and others across our sector about the incredible work they do every day.

Our work has changed significantly over the last 15 years. It’s time our pay did too!

Over 400 community and disability workers rallied in the Illawarra today with a clear message: passion doesn’t pay the bills.

The Australian Services Union has launched a landmark case in the Fair Work Commission to win a fair pay rise for community and disability workers. Now we’re calling on the federal and state governments to fund their fair share.

As part of our National Week of Action, workers across Australia are standing together for the pay we deserve.
