HELP PEOPLE WITH ARTHRITIS, call for an exercise class leader!

‘Help people with arthritis’ is looking for a volunteer class leader for a chair-based exercise class to help improve people’s mobility, reduce pain and provide social connection.
Classes are run weekly by HASH (Healesville Arthritis Self Help group), a volunteer-led group run under guidance of Musculoskeletal Health Australia.

Please contact Vicki on 0407 856 699 for more information. Vicki is a U3A member and one of the HASH leaders.

NAVIGATING THE FUTURE - with Reymond Voutier

Thursday 30th April 2-4pm

at Yarraburn Centre, 1 Park Rd, Yarra Junction.

Given the economic and political turmoil unfolding around the world, there will be plenty to analyse and discuss in April.
In addition to the conflict with Iran, Trump’s recruitment of his own military police force — larger than the FBI; in my view, a major concern and arguably his most dangerous action not raised during his State of the Union.
The war that the United States and Israel have started with Iran, although already impacting critical economic issues across the globe, may still seem like a minor affair within Trump’s “big and beautiful” agenda as the US moves toward the mid‑term elections. Crazy times ahead. What if they gave a war and couldn’t figure out why? Trump and his official babblers can’t explain his big and beautiful blitzkrieg, and their nonsense is getting worse.
