Today our team attended Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance to support those attending the Boer War commemorative service. It was lovely to serve morning tea to the family members of those that served during the Boer War.

The Swan Hill catering truck out supporting the Red Shield appeal.

Today a small team of 3 did the catering for the City of Casey emergency relief centre exercise. This exercise involved Council staff as well as participants from the different emergency services agencies.
The team put together morning tea followed by lunch with 5 options, salads and dessert

Today our team provided refreshments at Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance. This is one of our favourite events. We enjoy supporting the RSL and catching up with all the Diggers that we have gotten to know over the years.

Tonight our team provided dinner for the Heidelberg SES units training exercise This search exercise not only involved the Heidelberg SES members, but also volunteers from several different SES units and other emergency services personnel. Tonights menu included lasagne, Thai green curry as well as the traditional fish and chips.
