Bridge Builders Youth and Community Organisation is focused on intentionally building assets into young people, and subsequently their community. We are an enthusiastic and passionate group of individuals, all with a strong desire to develop and grow young people. To assist us on this mission, we use the ‘tool’ of project design and delivery enabling relationships to be built between young people and their community, allowing for the opportunity of internal and external assets to be developed from within.

What an incredible night 🏆

Recently, our CEO Phil Stenhouse OAM and Director Beck Mitchell represented the charity at the annual Stockdale and Leggo awards night.

It was a sensational evening, sharing in the celebrations of the network and all that it is achieving 🙌

Phil, along with Stockdale & Leggo CEO Charlotte Pascoe took a moment to honour the 8 courageous Stockies team who participated in our Postie Bike Ride, raising a whopping $83,988 for the charity!!! 🏍️

A massive thank you to Charlotte, Team Red and the entire network for their generous contribution.

We’re introducing timing mats at the turnaround points for both the half marathon and full marathon courses 👏

These mats will record your halfway split in real time, giving family and friends following a clearer sense of when to expect you back. It’s another step toward a smoother, more informative race-day experience 🏃

Day 5 of the 2026 My Kids Postie Bike Ride is over.
Our Riders rode from Bendigo to the Sugarloaf reservoir, then rode down to the CriBB cafe to end the trip.

Thank you to all the Riders and Crew who came to the event, you all did a wonderful job, you all have raised over $185,250 for Bridge Builders!
A massive shout out to Paul & Robyn Steuart, Kelly & Darren Jackson, and Paul & Sharyn Vanderhorst, we could not have done this ride without our scout, and our lead and tail cars.

Day 4 of the My Kids Postie Bike Ride has come to a close.
The Riders rode out from Bendigo to Rushworth, stopping to look at some Silo Art.
Unfortunately we had to cut the day short for our riders safely due to the downpour we received.
We held our auction and raised over $10,000 for the charity. We had heaps of great items up for auction including some wines and spirits and our wonderful Barbie box, which sold for $550!

Day 3 of the My Kids Postie Bike Ride is complete. Our Riders rode from Bendigo, through Maryborough and finished in Bendigo, stopping at the old Creswick woollen mills, the Melville Caves and Stockdale & Leggos in both Ballarat and Bendigo.

Day 2 of the 2026 My Kids Postie Bike Ride has come to a close. Today, our riders took the ferry from Sorrento to QueensCliff, stopped at and went to the Golden Point Hotel in Ballarat to Celebrate 22nd Birthday!
Well done to all the riders and crew today, and Happy Birthday Ash!
