:: Preparing For The Old Legs Vietnam Tour 2026 ::
To prepare for the noise and chaos of Hanoi now just 42 days away, I spent last week with my shortest grandchildren, instead of training on my bike. As a result, Jenny and I are both exhausted and badly need a holiday in Vietnam to recover.

The need for assistance continues to grow, which has a massive impact on our welfare and medical funds, but is also hard for the carers when we are forced to turn people away because we simply do not have the funds to be able to offer support.
