🏁 CLUB PREP DAY — WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🏁

There’s plenty happening behind the scenes at CHMCC, and now we need a few extra hands to help get the complex ready for upcoming inspections.

📅 Sunday 13th September
⏰ From 9:00am

The Motocross track, Dirt Track and general grounds all need some attention ahead of inspections by City Council and Motorcycling NSW from the week starting 25 September.

The big machinery will be doing its thing on Saturday, so Sunday is our chance to jump in, tidy up, finish off jobs and get the place inspection-ready.

The simple version?

No complex approval = no riding.

So if you’re a motorcycle enthusiast, club member, rider, parent or just someone who wants to see CHMCC moving forward, please come along and lend a hand.

Every hour helps. Every set of hands helps. And the more people who pitch in, the quicker we get it done.

Let’s get the complex ready and keep the bikes rolling. 🏍️💨

🏁 WELCOME TO YOUR NEW CHMCC COMMITTEE 🏁

Following last night’s AGM, we’re excited to welcome the newly elected Coffs Harbour Motorcycle Club Management Committee!

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, put their hand up, nominated and volunteered to help guide the Club forward.

We’d also like to acknowledge and thank our outgoing committee members for the time, effort and contribution they’ve made to CHMCC. Volunteer roles take commitment, and we appreciate everyone who has given their time to support the Club. 💙

With a new committee now in place, there’s plenty to do and plenty to look forward to — and if Sunday’s incredible RPA turnout was anything to go by, there’s plenty of enthusiasm out there for CHMCC! 🙌

Our Club is built on its members, volunteers, riders, families, sponsors and supporters, and we’re excited to keep the momentum rolling.

Here’s to a fresh chapter, more bikes on tracks, more opportunities to ride and plenty of good times ahead.

🏁 WHAT. A. DAY. 🏁

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who showed up on Sunday and made it one of the best Ride Park Days we’ve seen at CHMCC! 🙌

It really did take a village to get us there — from the volunteers who put in countless hours preparing the track and grounds, the local businesses and sponsors who backed us, the marshals and helpers who kept the day moving, right through to every rider and family who rolled through the gates.

And THAT is what a club is all about. 💙

Thank you for backing CHMCC, for showing up, for lending a hand and, most importantly, for getting out there and enjoying the sport we all love.

Seeing the track full of bikes, the pits full of families and the place buzzing again made every bit of hard work worthwhile.

This is just the beginning.

Here’s to more bikes, more dirt, more good people and plenty more bloody good days at the track! 🏁🤘

🏁 FINAL INSTRUCTIONS – COFFS HARBOUR MX RIDE PARK

We’re looking forward to getting everyone out riding at Coffs Harbour MX Ride Park! Please read the following important information carefully so we can have a safe, smooth and enjoyable day for everyone.

SIGN ON: 7:00am – 8:00am STRICTLY
Sign on will close at 8:00am sharp. There will be NO option to sign on later, so please make sure you arrive with plenty of time to get signed on.

RIDER BRIEFING: 8:15am
All riders are required to attend the briefing.

MARSHALS REQUIRED
We require 3 marshals for each session. Please put your hand up and volunteer at sign on. Our club relies on volunteers to make these days possible, and every volunteer helps us keep the day running safely and smoothly.

RIDER GROUPS
The Ride Park Manager will organise riders into groups based on similar skill levels. Please follow their directions regarding your allocated group.

CANTEEN
The canteen will be open on the day, so please support it where you can.

NON-SMOKING VENUE
Coffs Harbour MX Ride Park is a non-smoking venue. This includes vapes.

NO ANIMALS
No animals are permitted on the premises.

WALKING PACE IN THE PITS
All bikes must be kept to walking pace in the pits.

IMPORTANT
These rules are in place for everyone’s safety. Anyone caught breaking the above rules will be asked to leave the premises.

A REMINDER ABOUT OUR CLUB

We are a volunteer-based club, and our ride days only happen because people willingly give up their own time to make them possible. From peeping the track, organising the event, setting up, signing riders on, marshalling sessions, helping throughout the day and packing everything away our volunteers are giving their time so that everyone else has the opportunity to come out, ride and enjoy the sport we all love.

Please respect the volunteers, listen to instructions and do your part to help make the day run smoothly. If you can lend a hand, please volunteer for a marshal role at sign on. Every bit of help is greatly appreciated.
