Celebrating the incredible Casseyanne Woods! 💛

Originally from Kanpi, APY Lands, Casseyanne now lives in Adelaide with her young family. She is the granddaughter of celebrated artist Maringka Baker and daughter of Elaine Woods, and through her artworks she tells the story of Minyma Kutjara (Two Women) who travel across Country.

Casseyanne says a big hello and sends her love to family in Alice Springs and Docker River ❤️

The hypocrisy of an MP who is promoting the introduction of a minimum of 450 residential apartments in the Jetty Foreshore precinct knowing full well this kind of development will only make the hazard caused by lighting far more detrimental to these birds than the existing conditions.

Dwellings housing 2000 residents.

Coffs Harbour said ‘No’ to residential development in our most popular recreation area when 69% of the community voted against it at the 2024 Council elections. The Government has backed away from bad development in other communities.
