The CSA's mission is to actively nurture and inspire skateboarding in the A.C.T. and the surrounding region.

Canberra Skateboarding Association (CSA) is an incorporated not for profit association that was established in 2007. The committee consists of local Canberra skateboarders who are volunteering their time and effort. CSA advocates for the maintenance, upkeep and development of Canberra's skateparks by reporting and communicating skatepark issues to the ACT Government. To report any damage please fi

ll out a “Fix My Street” request via the Access Canberra website. Our free 'learn to skateboard' sessions and skate competitions are sustained by donations and volunteer efforts.

We have to cancel tomorrow’s (Saturday, June 13th, 2026) Learn to Skateboard session. This is due to a combination of factors, including some volunteers being unwell and ongoing maintenance at the Tuggeranong skatepark.

Our next session will be at Belco Skatepark on June 27th. Stay tuned for our new event schedule for the rest of 2026 too!

A new skatepark is planned in the “Molonglo Town Centre and Surrounds Master Plan” released by the ACT Suburban Land Agency. The Canberra Skateboarding Association have long advocated for this, and for consideration of skate facilities in ACT planning more broadly. We’re very stoked to see this development ❤️🛹

ACT Sport and Recreation have released their “2024 - 2028 Facilities Road Map” and we’re happy to see the inclusion of skatepark projects. Before the last ACT election, Canberra Skateboarding Association advocated and lobbied for new skateparks, skatepark upgrades and an ACT skate strategy.

The roadmap released by ACT Gov today includes:

* Construction of a new skatepark at Jacka
* Construction of a new skatepark at Kippax Shops
* Upgrade to Tuggeranong Skatepark
* Upgrade to Charnwood Bowl
* Development of an ACT Skate Strategy

We hope to see these promises kept by ACT Government and these plans progress input from the community ❤️🛹
