THIS WEEK WE APPEARED IN The Canberra Times — and we couldn't be more grateful. 🙏

This story is about more than a program. It's about a generation of young people who deserve better.

70% of Australian kids aged 2–17 aren't meeting basic daily movement guidelines. Screen time is at 6.34 hours a day and rising. The result? Lower confidence, higher anxiety, and kids who feel more disconnected than ever.

Unstoppable 24 is our response.

A free, week-long movement challenge for schools across Australia — 24 minutes of movement a day, any week in September. No cost to schools. No barriers. Just young people moving together and building the habits that last a lifetime.

"Unstoppable 24 is about more than exercise — it's about giving students a daily anchor in a world that's moving faster than they are." — Francis Owusu, Founder & CEO
