✨ From the airwaves to the bookshelf.

What began as a radio program has grown into something even more powerful — a published book celebrating the voices, journeys and achievements of multicultural women in Canberra.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built through hercapital_stories at CMS Radio 91.1. 💜

Through this program, we’ve shared stories of leadership, motherhood, migration, cultural identity, resilience and the challenges women have overcome to thrive in their professional lives.

Because every woman has a story worth telling. Every voice deserves to be heard. And when we create space for these stories, we help build a more inclusive community where the next generation can see what’s possible.

A heartfelt thank you to the Community Broadcasting Foundation for supporting this project through its Content Grant, and to every woman who trusted us with her story, our incredible production team, and everyone who has championed this journey.

This is what community broadcasting can do — amplify voices, create connections and turn stories into lasting impact.

And we’re only getting started. Season 2 is on the way! 🚀
