Looking to brush up on your block start skills or perhaps give starting blocks a go for the first time?

We've got you covered with FREE block start workshops at Summer Series #3!

📣 A reminder to all Summer Series athletes: As outlined in our competition regulations, block starts are mandatory for all laned events at Summer Series meets.

These workshops are a great opportunity to build confidence, practice your technique and get race-ready for the season ahead!

The entry process is a little different, so here's how it works:

Athletes enter individually via the below registration link.

Capital Athletics will provide each club with a list of its registered athletes, allowing clubs to organise and nominate their relay teams.

Your club will communicate payment arrangements directly with families, including how and when payment is to be made.
