Greyhound Adoption Fee - $200. All GAP greyhounds are vet checked, vaccinated, wormed, microchipped and desexed. GAP greyhounds come complete with their "Green collar" which signifies a greyhound that has passed through all temperament testing. This special collar also allows them to walk without a muzzle in public. You will also receive a lead, and winter jacket with your adopted greyhound. When

you adopt a greyhound from GAP SA you are getting a dog that has a known history and background. Plus a support system from people who know and love greyhounds. When contemplating adding a new pet to your family, consider adopting a retired racing greyhound. Please be responsible when adopting and please remember: Pets are for life.

My vibe:
I’m sweet and outgoing and I’ve already shown what a good boy I can be in the home. I’m confident in new environments and love being close to my humans.

Fun facts:
- Squeaky toys are my favourite.
- I love cuddles and couch snuggles.
- I have very impressive happy teeth chatters.
- I’m always ready for affection.

My ideal home:
I can be your only dog or live with a calm medium-large female friend. I’m fine on my own for part-time hours, or full-time with company. Respectful kids 12+ would suit me best. I’ll also need my own quiet bed space for peaceful snoozes, and I’m not suitable with cats, poultry or pocket pets.

Meet Tori and Jazz 💚

Tori had always wanted a greyhound, and through GAP she found Jazz, who turned out to be the perfect match for her.

Since coming home, Jazz has become her best mate. He’s calm, gentle, funny, and always close by, whether he’s making her laugh or deciding her lap is the best place to be.

Their bond is a really special one, and such a beautiful reminder of what can happen when the right greyhound meets the right person.

Something exciting is coming to Angle Park… 💚🐾

Soon, every day can be adoption day as we get ready to open our brand-new rehoming facility, dedicated to helping even more greyhounds find their forever homes.

With up to 30 greyhounds on-site, you’ll be able to meet available dogs, learn more about their personalities and, when the right match is found, take your new best friend home, all on the same day!

Did you know greyhounds feel the cold more than most dogs? ❄️

With their short coats, lean bodies and very little body fat, our greys need a little extra comfort as the colder months settle in.

We would grey-tly appreciate donations of:
- Blankets
- Towels
- Greyhound coats
- Beds

Preloved items are welcome, as long as they are clean and in good condition.

Please note: no blankets or towels with beads, metal pieces, stuffing coming out, or holes.

Donations can be dropped to the GAP office during business hours.

My vibe:
I’m a happy, playful girl who’s always on the go. If there’s water, a toy or a human nearby, I’m in my element.

Fun facts:
- I LOVE my clamshell pool (water = best day ever)
- I’ve got a big heart… can be a little scatterbrained
- Always ready for playtime, zoomies or a good walk

My ideal home:
I’d suit an active home that’s ready for a bit of fun. I can live on my own or with a playful medium/large male dog. I’m great with confident kids 8+, but I’d prefer a home without cats or small pets.

I’m still a bit puppy-like, so I’d love a family who can help me with some training (especially on the lead), but I promise I’ll bring plenty of joy along the way 💚

I’m a happy, friendly boy with a bit of a goofy streak. I might still be figuring things out, but I love being around people and I’m always up for a pat (or a few… or a lot).

Hooray for Daphne, Lolly and Steve! 🐾

Our Pup-Up Adoption Day at Petstock Country Wallaroo was full of happy hounds, wagging tails, curious sniffing and plenty of love.

Five gorgeous greys joined us for the day, and Daphne, Lolly and Steve officially found their fur-ever homes. We couldn’t be happier for them and their lucky new families!

Our superstars Danny and Spanner won plenty of hearts too, and their perfect match is still out there… maybe it’s you? 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, and to our amazing foster carers and volunteers who made the day possible.
