Mini Wiggle @ Riverlea.

Join us for Mini Wiggle @ Riverlea hosted by Mel from I AM ABLE for a fun experience designed especially for children aged 2- 5 years and their caregivers.
This engaging program encourages little ones to explore their world through music, movement, singing, percussion, role play, relaxation, language, and key word signing.
These interactive sessions offer a relaxed and stimulating space to connect with your child. It’s the perfect way to move, play, and bond together.
Program Details:
When: Saturday- 24th Oct, 7th & 21st Nov & 12th Dec.
⏰ Time: 9am-10am
📍 Where: Riverlea Sales Discovery Centre, 9 Bonnin Cres, Riverlea Park.
👶 Who: Children aged 2- 5 years and their adult (older sibling's welcome!)
🎟 Tickets: Book a spot for your child only – adults do not require a ticket.

Mural Skills with Thomas Readett

Ready to take your art off the page and onto the wall?
Join artist Thomas Readett for a hands-on aerosol workshop exploring the techniques behind large-scale mural painting.
Get familiar with the spray can, experiment with different techniques and learn how artists create shape, depth, texture, mark making and realism using aerosol.
Thomas will share his own approach to blending classical realism with street art, giving you the chance to experiment, build confidence and develop your own style.
Thomas is an established Aboriginal artist (Ngarrindjeri/Kaurna) who is known for his blending of classical realism & street art styles, creating large-scale murals and Portraits all across the country. Thomas is currently a semi-finalist featured on Season 2 of ABC's Portrait Artist of the Year. "
Whether you're already into street art, love drawing and painting, or have never picked up a spray can before, come along, get creative and see what you can make.

Nylon Zoo
Step into a magical world of imagination, colour and giant inflatable creatures!
Dress up in hand-crafted costumes and join a fun Nylon Zoo parade before settling inside one of the amazing inflatable creatures to enjoy a beautifully narrated story.
It’s a chance to slow down, get creative and let imaginations run wild as the whole family becomes part of the story.
Please note: Children must be accompanied by a parent or carer. Due to the limited space inside the inflatables, every person attending, including children and adults, must have a ticket.
Suitable for: Children aged 2 - 12 years.

We’re excited to share our Term 4 2026 timetables, packed with programs, activities and events for all ages!

There’s plenty happening at the John McVeity Centre and The Precinct, with fitness, sports, social groups, creative workshops, family activities, kids’ programs and more.

We’re also bringing programs to Virginia and Riverlea, making it easier for more members of our community to get involved.

From Mini Futsal, Badminton, Sensory Magic, Lil’ Movers and Play Gym to community fitness, social sports, creative workshops, cooking, sound baths, Chatty Café and family activities, there’s something for everyone this term.
