Sometimes we all forget the real reason we make an effort. ❤️
Today, an 8-year-old looked at me and said:
“You made my dreams come true, because now I can go swimming.”
And just like that, I was reminded exactly why we do what we do.
It’s not always about the awards, the recognition, the hours we put in or the hard work behind the scenes.
It’s about giving children opportunities.
It’s about inclusion.
It’s about helping someone believe that something they once thought was out of reach is actually possible.
Moments like this make every bit of effort worth it. 💙
This is why we keep showing up.
This is why community matters.
And this is why I am so proud to be part of something that can make a real difference in a child’s life. 🏊♀️❤️
