Youth take the lead in shaping policy!

At the Sixth Southern African Regional Students and Youth Conference (SARSYC VI) in Windhoek, young leaders handed over the Windhoek Declaration to the SADC Parliamentary Forum, calling for bold accountability on youth health, education, and governance. The event marked a milestone in youth advocacy, with Parliament pledging action to turn evidence into policy and empower youth voices across Southern Africa.

It has become our tradition that after every gathering, we capture a special group photo, most of us proudly in uniform, while our distinguished delegates are dressed for the occasion. And true to form, once the formal shoot is complete, BlessMedia Bless ensures we end with one lighthearted “crazy picture” to celebrate the moment. This time, it followed the official handover of the Windhoek Declaration to H.E. Secretary General of the SADC PF, Ms. Boemo Sekgoma, and the result was unforgettable.
