Let’s take a moment to celebrate one of Ohio’s own, past OSANA President Jeff Molter, as he concludes his year of service as AANA / American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology President.

Long before stepping into this national leadership role, Jeff was a trusted colleague, mentor, friend and fierce advocate for Ohio’s CRNAs. Over the past year, CRNAs across the country have experienced what Ohio has known for years: Jeff leads with heart, brings people together and genuinely cares about this profession and every person who is part of it.

We are incredibly proud of Jeff and grateful for the time, energy and heart he has poured into serving CRNAs throughout Ohio and across the country. Please join the OSANA community in celebrating him and thanking him for an extraordinary year of leadership and service. 👏

A few highlights from OSANA at the AANA Annual Congress in Boston! ✨

Attendees heard an unforgettable keynote from Boston Marathon bombing survivor Rebekah Gregory, who shared a powerful message about resilience, strength and moving forward through adversity.

It was great to see Ohio so well represented, with UC Nurse Anesthesia Program Director Beth Ann Clayton presenting and, of course, our own Jeff Molter. ✔️

Shari Harrison, DNP, CRNA, of Cleveland Clinic volunteers with OSANA to help support and encourage future CRNAs.

Her experience demonstrates why CRNA mentorship and professional outreach matter: connecting students and aspiring CRNAs with those already in the profession can provide encouragement, build community and help strengthen the next generation of nurse anesthetists.
