📣 Meet Ashley Bastron, Crazy Running's newest Elite Group coach!

Crazy Running Winston-Salem is proud to welcome Ashley Bastron, former Division I cross country/track and field coach at Wake Forest University, to our coaching staff as an Elite Group coach! 🤩

Ashley brings an exceptional level of experience, knowledge, and passion for the sport to Crazy Running. Her background coaching at the highest levels of collegiate athletics gives our Elite athletes an incredible opportunity to learn from a coach who understands what it takes to develop their skills, build confidence, and reach new levels of performance! ✨

Ashley’s philosophy goes beyond race times and personal records. She believes in developing the whole athlete - building mental strength, finding balance, and pursuing the next level with passion and purpose. By emphasizing the right approach to training and long-term development, she’ll help our athletes grow not just as runners, but as confident, resilient individuals. 💪

Whether an athlete is chasing a personal best, preparing for the next level of competition, or discovering what they’re capable of, we’re committed to helping young athletes become stronger, more confident, and more complete runners. We’re excited to have Ashley on board as we continue raising the bar and helping young athletes pursue their personal bests and reach their potential! 👏

Personalized coaching is available for middle school and high school cross-country and track athletes, as well as adults training for distances from the mile to the marathon - and everything in between! 🤪

Customized training plans can include daily mileage, running workouts, core and strength routines, while one-on-one sessions can focus on running form, mechanics or a great workout tailored to you! Small-group workouts are also available.
