ESR seeks to hire a Self-Sufficiency Success Coach. The Success Coach is responsible for all direct work with clients in the development of a case plan and working closely with the client to achieve benchmarks as outlined in the plan. They provide timely counseling and appropriate interventions to assist each client in successfully completing their plan. The Success Coach also works closely with community agencies to develop resources for clients and provide outreach services as needed.
