Shout out to our friends at Allegacy Federal Credit Union and WinstonNet who brought their expertise and skills to "Community Tech Day" at the Intergenerational Center for Arts & Wellness! Their knowledgeable team members provided free tech support to members of our community, approaching each appointment with kindness and understanding.

This is a beautiful reminder of how businesses in our community are finding innovative ways to use their resources to meet the needs of our neighbors!

We had the best time during the second full week of Intergenerational Summer Camp at the Intergenerational Center for Arts & Wellness, which focused on creativity through visual art!

Sawtooth School for Visual Art opened their studios to youth and adult campers, teaching a variety of fun techniques and unique mediums. The week ended with a show featuring all of the beautiful pieces they made.

This summer, we are excited to invite youth campers and their adult family members/caregivers to join us to connect through music, movement, and creativity at Intergenerational Summer Camp!

Both sessions will meet daily during the week indicated below and are available at no cost to you! Up to two youth campers per adult.

🎨 🖌Visual Art Camp with Sawtooth School for Visual Art for rising 3rd-6th graders and their adult caregiver.
🎶🩰 Music & Dance Camp with Improvment, University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and Winston-Salem Symphony for children ages 7-10 and their adult caregiver.

We had the best time cheering and dancing with some of the talented Winston-Salem State University Cheer Squad! Williams Center participants and Family Services of Forsyth County, NC students learned that although it takes a lot of work to become a top athlete, it is also fun when you love what you do!
