WRAAP WRAAP has an active network of community partners, student interns, and volunteers who are working together to help make a difference.

Wilmington’s Residential Adolescent Achievement Place is an award-winning 501(c)3 non-profit “youth” organization that bridges the educational and social gaps existing amongst “at-risk” youth, families, and communities in New Hanover County. With strong leadership, capable staff, dedicated student interns, and volunteers, WRAAP plays an instrumental role in helping “at-risk” youth reach their full

est potential. We invite YOU to join our team of supporters to further enrich the lives of youth “at-risk.”

WRAAP provides the following community enrichment programs. The After-School Enrichment Academy and the Kids Café. Another great way to get involved is by supporting the WRAAP Cruisin’ for Kids Charity Car Raffle Fundraiser. The annual Cruisin’ For Kids Charity Car Raffle Fund-raiser is a collaborative initiative that’s designed to provide financial relief for WRAAP. What began as an idea to help support WRAAP has evolved into opportunities for other non-profit and community-based organizations. Specific rules and guidelines are applied for non-profit and community-based organizations in order to register and become eligible to participate and receive financial support. A handshake between WRAAP’s Executive Director, Daryl Dockery, and D&E Mitsubishi of Wilmington’s General Manager, Andy Craven establish the Annual Cruisin’ for Kids Charity Car Raffle Fundraiser.
