FFT helps youth and families strengthen relationships, improve communication, and rebuild trust through short-term, goal-focused sessions. It’s all about helping families turn conflict into connection and challenges into growth.

🌟From the mountains to the coast, NCFS staff traveled from across the state to attend our biannual FFT Training and Team Retreat in Sherrills Ford, NC. Over several days, we invested in learning, collaboration, and connection. We sharpened our FFT skills, shared experiences, enjoyed great food, and even spent time singing and celebrating together. The strength of NCFS has always been our people, and this retreat was a wonderful reminder of the passion, dedication, and heart our team brings to families every day. 🌟
