Thankful Raffle 2026 ticket sales are happening now!
$25 gets you into 30 raffles with prizes worth at least $100 each Monday through Saturday with 2 drawn on Fantastic Fridays and all previous winners go back into the drawing for the Grand Prize Raffle on Monday, November 30 for our Grand Prize Drawing worth over $600 and includes a $300 gift card from Bowman's Feed & Pet. We’ve had a very busy couple of days and we are jumping right into our next fundraising venture! These are the days! When everyone comes together to help those that need the support to keep going places! Yes! You’ve heard our new slogan, “Oh the places we do go!” Because of Caring Carroll’s volunteers, we are able to keep our friends over the age of 60 in the community who no longer drive moving and getting out and about town! Thanks to our awesome friends Town of New Windsor, Maryland and Westminster Road Runners Club for organizing and running this event for us with a little help from us. What a weekend already. We are so blessed to be part of this great community of “Caring” people.

Oh! What a night! Bingo, friends, food, prizes, corny jokes from the bingo caller, just so much to be thankful for in this community! Gotta love it! And we love you for coming out and supporting those who really need the help! 🥰😘❤️

Who else will you see along your path today? Even more smiley people! Want to join in on the fun but you are busy today! Well, call us! We need more volunteers today than ever. Some volunteers drive our over 60 years of age friends, some deliver food both hot food and groceries, some work at these events, some plan for our future! All very important volunteer jobs. The pay is the best too. A sense of community and helping those “old people!”

Ok! Still time to get out here at the Franklin G. Schaeffer 5K Walk/Run with all these smiley people today! We take off at 9 am so get that shower, snack or whatever you need and let’s go! Here is our great team of volunteers today handling the registration. You will also see some of our volunteers on the course pointing you in the right direction. As one volunteer said that her husband said, “Oh you are good at that!”
