Planning ahead isn’t always easy, but it can be one of the greatest gifts you give your loved ones.

An advance directive helps communicate your healthcare wishes if you’re ever unable to speak for yourself. It can provide guidance for your care team, reduce uncertainty for family members and ensure your values remain at the center of important medical decisions.

Having these conversations before they’re needed can bring clarity and peace of mind for everyone involved.

Comfort matters.

Hospice care focuses on managing pain and symptoms so patients can spend their time feeling as comfortable and supported as possible.

This may include managing pain, anxiety, creating a personalized care plan— all with the goal of improving quality of life. Care is personalized, thoughtful and centered around what matters most to each individual.

Supporting comfort is not about giving up. It is about prioritizing dignity and peace.
