Mu Kappa Sigma Alumnae Chapter partnered with several organizations for the Back to School Event at McCall School. Great turnout and engaging for so many families! MKS Poodles greeted families with an activity table which included a book giveaway, Vision Boards creation, and jewelery making.

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Mu Kappa Sigma Alumnae Chapter would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who donated to our diaper drive in partnership with Keeping Families Covered.

Because of your generosity, countless families in our community will receive essential items that help keep their babies healthy, clean, and comfortable. Diapers are one of the most requested yet least donated necessities, and many families struggle to afford an adequate supply each month.

Your donations help relieve a significant financial burden for parents and caregivers, allowing them to redirect resources toward other basic needs such as food, housing, transportation, and childcare. More importantly, your support helps families care for their children with dignity and peace of mind.

This effort is a wonderful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together in service to others. Every diaper donated represents compassion, community, and a commitment to supporting families in need.

The National Pan Hellenic Council of Lake County, IL (NPHC-LC) Scholarship Program supports graduating high school seniors and college students in their pursuit of higher education. Project Cradle Care is an essential National program of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. The program seeks to support women of Lake County with adequate prenatal education, care and proper infant care and child development.
