Knowing who your local elected officials are helps you stay informed, get involved, and make your voice heard in decisions that directly impact your neighborhood.
Waukegan Elected Officials:

• Mayor – Leads the City and oversees operations, policies, and public services.
• City Clerk – Manages official records, public documents, and City Council agendas.
• City Treasurer – Oversees the City’s finances, investments, and reporting.
• Aldermen – Represent each of Waukegan’s nine wards on the City Council. They bring forward local issues, vote on City matters, and help craft ordinances that shape City policy.
