Sue will be missed in so many ways. Thank you Sue for your guidance and friendship
As those of you who were at the Department Convention are aware, Sue Caswell was sick and was unable to attend. She “kicked” Penny and Patty out everyday with orders to go to convention.
Sadly, Sunday morning at about 5 :30 a.m. we were notified that Sue Caswell passed away surrounded by her family. She was a very gritty lady and knowing her she wanted no sorrow about her passing to occur during our Department Convention.
Sue was a valued member of both Susitna Valley Unit 35 and the Department of Alaska. She provided valuable insight and moments of intense sarcasm to keep us in line. She will definitely be missed by all. Please keep her family in your prayers as they deal with this loss.
Per the family yesterday, "Our mother, mentor and friend , Susan Caswell went HOME early this morning. Thank you all for your love, support and prayers. We will let you know about services when we get the information together."
