As we approach the long weekend, folks all over Mat-Su are preparing for trips or time with family. While the three-day weekend marks the unofficial start of a lovely Alaskan summer, it also brings an opportunity to pause and reflect on the true purpose of Memorial Day. On this day, we remember and honor all military personnel who have made the biggest sacrifice of their lives.

In honor and remembrance of this day and the lives lost, the offices of MSHF, R.O.C.K. Mat-Su, and Connect Mat-Su will be closed.

A team of MSHF staff members joined the Clean Air Challenge in Talkeetna for the fifth year this past weekend! 🚲 Even with the rainy forecast, the team pedaled a total of 187 miles.
