BIG HEARTS & BIG THANK-YOUS!

Our YMCA of Alaska Childcare kiddos had a very special mission — to spread kindness throughout our community!

We’re honored to share that YMCA of Alaska Childcare has been selected as a 9/11 Day grant recipient!

This fall, we’ll be joining the movement to permanently transform the anniversary of 9/11 into America’s Day of Doing Good, leading a community service project in honor of the 25th Anniversary.

🎁 As part of this project, our kiddos are spreading kindness by creating care packages, thank-you notes, and goodies for first responders in our community. We’re so excited to give back and show our appreciation for all they do to help keep our community safe!

To our amazing first responders: Thank you for welcoming our YMCA children and staff! Our kiddos were so excited to bring you these special gifts as a small way of saying THANK YOU!

We are so proud of our little helpers and their BIG hearts! Watching them experience the joy of giving, sharing, and making others smile was truly special.

🎁💌🚒🚔 Little hands. BIG hearts. BIG smiles! 🚔🚒💌🎁

The Wasilla Battle of the Badges was an incredible success! 🏀🚑🚔

While the energy on the court was high, the heart of the day was our commitment to supporting local families.

A huge congratulations to the Firefighters and EMS for their hard-earned victory. 🏆 We are deeply grateful to the Wasilla State Troopers, Police, EMS, and Fire Departments for their service, sportsmanship, and dedication to this cause.

To our Sponsors: You are the engine behind this mission, and we are truly thankful for your investment in our first responders and our community. 🙌
