🎀 WALK-IN MAMMOGRAMS NOW AVAILABLE! 🎀

Taking care of your health just got a little more convenient! Mat-Su Regional Medical Center is now offering walk-in screening mammograms every Tuesday and Thursday from 2–5 p.m. — no appointment or physician order needed.

You may be eligible if you:
💗 Are 40 years or older
💗 Have a primary care provider
💗 Have no current breast concerns
💗 Have not had a mammogram within the past 12 months

📍 How it works:
Simply check in at Registration by the fireplace, then head to Imaging.

🎁❤️ Help Us Wrap a Little Extra Kindness This Holiday Season! ❤️🎁

This year, LINKS Resource Center is collecting wrapping paper, gift bags, bows, ribbons, tape, and other wrapping supplies to use to make the holidays a little brighter for our community.

From October 1st through December 10th, we invite you to donate your new or gently unused wrapping supplies to LINKS. Your donations will help us raise funds to support our programs and the people we serve throughout the Mat-Su Valley. 💙

Then, during Colony Christmas Palmer Alaska, December 11th–13th, our team will put those donated supplies to work as we wrap gifts for the community! 🎄🎁

✨ One donation can make a difference twice:
🎀 Your wrapping supplies help us raise funds for LINKS programs.
🎁 Your generosity helps us provide a fun and festive gift-wrapping experience at Colony Christmas.

💼 LINKS Resource Center is headed to the Employment First Conference! 💼

We’re excited to be part of the Employment First Conference at the Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center in Anchorage!

This two-day conference brings together professionals, organizations, employers, and community partners to share information, resources, and ideas that support workforce development and meaningful, competitive employment for Alaskans with disabilities. 💙

Topics will include:
✨ Workplace accommodations & accessibility
✨ Healthcare workforce development programs
✨ Youth transitions to employment
✨ Alaska labor force data
✨ Disability benefits & employment
✨ Rural Health Transformation Program
✨ And so much more!

The conference will also feature the State Vocational Rehabilitation Committee’s Business Recognition Awards, celebrating businesses making a difference in inclusive employment.

🤝 LINKS will be there sharing information about our programs, resources, and the work we do to help individuals and families navigate barriers, build independence, and stay connected to their community.

We’re looking forward to learning, connecting, and building partnerships with others who are working toward a more inclusive workforce across Alaska!
