Praise the Lord MSCC and ministry partners! We are at the eve of our travel to GA 2026, and we’re looking forward to being with the saints in Orlando, FL. The Lord has been good to us, and I can’t wait to share all that He has done in us, through us, and to us! What a blessing awaits to join with the rest of the Church of God International and give the Lord praise for His providence and faithfulness!

Please know that we are always praying for you, and we ask that you keep us in your prayers as we travel to GA 2026 and return home!

Praise the Lord MSCC! This morning the Lord blessed me with the privilege to meet one of the sweetest and kindest people serving our valley community!

I was privileged to receive seamstress service from The Momma Jo! She happily serves a large part of Alaska due to the shortage of seamstresses. She does amazing work, and has one of the biggest hearts I’ve witnessed. Today, I ask that you join me in praying for her, her family and her business. She professes to love the Lord and today she joyfully shared with me about her 6yo granddaughter who has been excited about attending church every Sunday!

I’m showcasing her today because we met some times ago during a low season for her while I was doing chaplaincy work at Mat-Su Regional. I happened to need a last minute alteration done this week before an approaching event, and she set aside time to help me this morning along with a smile and words of encouragement as a pastor. Not only did she alter my garment, but she also sought to alter my day with encouraging words. Her servant-hearted attitude is needed more today in this untoward world! I thank the Lord for her courage to profess Christ and I pray that the work He has begun in her will continue until He returns (Phil 1:6)! Lord bless Momma Jo, her family, her business, and all she sets her hands to. In Jesus Name, Amen! 😇🙏🏾✝️

Good morning! Praise the Lord saints and ministry partners!

I pray all is well with you and that you are enjoying this restful Saturday in the Lord!

As you know and have probably noticed, Dr. Ledbetter and I have been zeroing in on the 3rd “F”pillar of fitness (health) by paying more attention to the quality of our daily diets. For years, we have taken time to assess the quality of life we accept for ourselves and share with others. This year has been even more important as we continue to be present for our children, grandchildren, take care of aging parents, relatives, and a sibling. Our health’s importance is prominent to us and we are trusting the Lord to continue helping us achieve excellence in this area.

Today, I want to share a YouTube channel I’ve been viewing over the last month with specific attention to a video I’m attaching below. I pray you’re able to view it sometime throughout your day. Unfortunately, one thing church folks are highly known for is congregating around meals. While that is not a bad thing, our meals should always be health encouraging versus opposite of what the gospel teaches (1 Cor 6:19-20) wherein we should look at our bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit—especially being Pentecostals.
