Resurrection Power is a faith-based organization that carries the message of God’s love for people effected by a substance use disorder. Our mission is to impact our residents' lives by offering recovery housing that provides a safe, supportive, structured, and spiritually focused environment as they recover from alcoholism and substance abuse and to promote long-term recovery. We are a source of

support, character development, mentorship, and a refuge for healing, growth, and training while operating within the 12-step recovery culture. We help our residents learn the skills necessary to live a substance-free life, obtain employment and become responsible and productive members of the community.

What a blessing to be asked to be a speaker at the National Day of Prayer and to attend with my amazing staff.

Prayer is the biggest gift you can offer someone and the best way to change our world.

Extremely grateful for Chef Galiffa and crew for the Easter dinners for our residents who won't be going home to family. The kindness of people who love on our men and women blows my mind ❤️.

Our residents were double blessed today!!! Thomas Presbyterian also made amazing Easter bags of goodies for our residents. These two churches made our residents day. One person told me today, "Thank you for the Easter basket. I haven't recieved one of those in a really long time." Happy Easter 🐰!

Easter Blessings for Our Residents! ✝️🙌💜

We are deeply grateful for the incredible generosity of First United Methodist Church of Houston. This Easter, they blessed our residents with jelly beans, candy, cross bookmarks, inspirational keychains, and small scripture pens with notebooks — along with a monetary donation that will directly support the needs of our homes.

At Resurrection Power, our mission is to walk alongside men and women as they rebuild their lives through Christ-centered recovery, hope, and community. Gifts like these remind our residents that they are not walking this journey alone. They are surrounded by people who believe in their future and reflect the love of Jesus in tangible ways.

During this season of resurrection and new beginnings, these blessings shine as a powerful reminder that God is still restoring, still renewing, and still bringing life where it once seemed impossible.
