🚨 From the mat to the C-suite 🚨

Congrats to Randy Strayer on his induction into the IUP Athletic Hall of Fame (Class of ‘84, Wrestling)! 🏆

School record 77-41-1. All-American. NCAA DII Eastern Regional champ. And he did it while missing preseason for a computer science internship — because even back then, the grind never stopped.

Randy took the same discipline that built a college wrestling career and turned it into 36 years as Supply Chain Director at Carpenter Technologies. Compete like your career depends on it, because it does.

This is why we say wrestling doesn’t end when you hang up the shoes — it just changes venues. 🤝
