The Super Intelligence Force now has a charter — and Ylli and Martijn have read every line. The document names who runs AI policy in America, and just as notably, who's left out.

The charter specifically flags threats to healthcare, biosecurity, communications, banking, energy, water, and food supply. But the hosts point out a glaring gap: no one from CISA — the agency built specifically to watch critical infrastructure — sits on the core team; DHS is only a liaison. And despite the charter's stated focus on "the dignity of work," the Department of Labor isn't at the table either.

Brandon Daniels, CEO of Exiger, explains what happened at the 3-hour White House meeting on superintelligence — and says the length alone led to an unusually robust discussion. His takeaway: there was real alignment, including from Elon Musk, around requiring third-party external auditors for AI systems.

One detail he found "brilliant": Trump proposed that the oversight board for those auditors shouldn't be limited to programmers and developers — it should include lawyers and policymakers who understand the technology, so oversight isn't purely a technocrat's exercise.
