We need an override program that we control, like unionized Flight Attendants do. But we can’t get there without your involvement and a contract that protects us!

Delta’s PPT doesn’t begin to cover our time-off needs. We are reliant on 56 hours of PPT a year as a catch-all bucket for sick leave, personal drops/time, the first seven days of an on-the-job injury (OJI), and covering pay for FMLA.

We need a union that will give us a voice on the job to negotiate for stronger PPT — a voice that Delta management can’t take away.

Profit Sharing is a bonus, not a guarantee. A contract can define profit-sharing language and secure reliable and consistent sources of income.
