Students in Connecticut are fighting for the funds their colleges, and their fellow students, NEED.

Zoe Lofgren (California), the ranking Democrat on the House Science, Space and Technology Committee. β€œThe NSB is apolitical. It advises the president on the future of NSF. It unfortunately is no surprise a president who has attacked NSF from day one would seek to destroy the board that helps guide the foundation.”

'If you are fighting against the assaults on higher education and trying to make the case about how important it is to the next generation of students,” Weingarten said. β€œWhy not go right to the place where the fight is?"
