The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) is pleased to announce an invaluable opportunity to deepen your understanding of the federal workers' compensation appeal process. On June 24, 2026, from 9:00am - 3:00pm EST, we will be hosting a comprehensive Department of Labor/Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (DOL/OWCP) Appeal class exclusively for AFGE members.

This class is designed to provide essential knowledge on effectively navigating and utilizing the appeal process for federal workers' compensation injury claims. As many federal employees' work-related injury cases are initially denied, this class will equip you with the necessary skills to file proper appeals, upload documentation, access your documents, and more. Understanding the appeal process is crucial to prevent delays and errors that could result in permanent denial of your case.
