NVAC filed a motion on 10/17/26 with the U.S. District Court of Rhode Island requesting that Judge DuBose modify the preliminary injunction, and NVAC also filed a National Grievance challenging VA's bad-faith conduct at the bargaining table, along with repeated contract violations. ⁠
