Each year, this competitive program awards eight full-tuition scholarships and stipends to incoming, full-time master’s students:⁠
⁠
• $21,000 annual stipend for scholars who relocate to Tulsa⁠
• $10,500 annual stipend for Master of Divinity students who remain outside Tulsa County⁠

Did you know our guest lecturer has presented a TED Talk?

In 2019, Michael Roberson was selected as a TED Media Resident, where he had the opportunity to share his work on the underground Black and Latinx House/Ballroom community.

His TED Talk, “The Enduring Legacy of Ballroom,” explores the history, cultural significance, and the impact of Ballroom. Roberson invites us to understand Ballroom as a powerful form of resistance, community-building, and impactful storytelling.

Have you seen the latest blog from our Director of the Center for Religion in Public Life, Trista Soendker Nicholson?

Trista shares her reflections from the recent immersion course in Washington, D.C., where she traveled with 12 students and colleagues Dr. Arthur F. Carter Jr., and Dr. Eric Gill.

Students in the course, "Church and State: Theology, Ministry, and Public Life in the Nation’s Capital," visited Capitol Hill, connected with denominational organizations engaged in advocacy, explored churches doing meaningful ministry, and experienced a private tour of the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
