This nutrient-rich vegetable supports brain development and protects growing bodies—fueling children to learn and thrive.

We would deeply appreciate extra prayers for Uganda, DR Congo, and Sudan during this Ebola outbreak. 💛

Our sweet village is very far from where any cases are currently happening and remains very protected, but we are still praying for God’s covering over our children, staff, families, and communities.

Please also pray for all those directly affected—for healing, protection, wisdom for health workers and leaders, and peace in the middle of fear and uncertainty.

We would especially love prayers for wisdom for BTCM leadership and for God to make a way in the coming weeks for our mission teams to still safely travel and serve if possible.

We trust that God is bigger than fear, sickness, and uncertainty—and we are grateful to walk this journey covered in prayer by so many who love our BTCM family. 💛

Behind every child is someone who shows up again and again.

Wilson is that person.

This photo captures him out riding his motorcycle to visit families—long days, rough roads, and meaningful moments as he meets children and guardians right where they are. It’s not easy work, but it’s deeply impactful.

Wilson leads our foster care program with dedication and heart, building relationships with families and government leaders to create safe, loving homes for children. He goes above and beyond because he truly loves each child he serves.

Aunts, uncles, grandparents, widows, siblings, and family friends—ordinary people who stepped into extraordinary responsibility. In the middle of poverty and hardship, they opened their homes and chose to love, protect, and raise these children.
