All TMCPL locations, including the Troy Main Branch, Oakes-Beitman Memorial Library, our Local History & Genealogy Center, and the Maker Lab, are closed for Juneteenth today, Friday, June 19.

The Troy Bookmobile is also off the road, but TMCPL Outreach staff will be at the community Juneteenth celebration on Saturday, June 20, at McKaig & Race Park.

🦴🔥☄️Paint like a Neanderthal
🗓Tuesday, June 30 • 6-7 p.m.

Do you want to return to the days of fingerpainting? Have you ever wanted to draw on walls like a caveman? Get your hands dirty as you mix paints from natural materials and decorate your own “cave walls” just like our ancient ancestors. Come prepared to get a little messy and a lot creative. You’ll leave with your own Paleolithic-inspired artwork!

For tweens and teens in grades 6-12. All supplies provided. No registration required—just drop in.

Thank you to Project G.I.F.T. and Teen Leadership Troy for presenting us with a grant for Teen Mental Health Care Kits! 🤩

These kits will aim to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage teenagers to focus on their mental health. They will be available for checkout at TMPCL. More details on the kits to come!

🚨Troy-Miami County Public Library is having internet connection issues at this time in all of our locations. This is impacting many library services. We are only able to check out items if you have your library card or library card number with you. Maker Lab equipment may be unavailable.

Our phones are also down until service is restored.
