Become a lifeguard and work for the Troy Aquatic Park next summer. Deadline to register for the class is Saturday November 25th. Register at the Miami County YMCA – Robinson branch. Participants must be 16 years of age by the end of the class. There is approximately 10 to 12 hours of online work that must be completed by the first day of class. It's hard to believe that we're coming up on the one-year mark since our 17th annual Father/Daughter Dance in Troy. If you hadn't assumed by now, this is the official announcement that we will not be holding the 18th annual dance this February. Perhaps when the situation improves later this year, we can hold a special event on a different date, or we can do something virtually. Either way, we will definitely be back in February 2022! Hope everybody is staying safe and healthy!

We hope everybody had a great time tonight! Thanks to all of our volunteers from Free To Run Foundation/Team Grace, the support we receive from Troy First United Methodist Church and Up and Running in Troy, and for the great music and photo booth from Liftoff Entertainment - DJ & Photo Booth Services. Thanks to everybody who attended our dance this past Friday, and everybody who had a hand in making it a success. From the dance proceeds, Team G(race) will be donating $2,000 to Girls on the Run of Dayton to support their spring program.

If you attended the dance and want to give us a review, we would appreciate the feedback and any suggestions you might have. (We have two reviews currently, and the 1 Star review is from somebody outside of the area who did not even attend the dance. :/ )
